Lamp Post Camera Works �???�??�?�¢?? Terms of Use for Real Estate Photography & Video
1. Copyright & Ownership

All photographs and video content produced by Salvador Lopez and Lamp Post Camera Works (�???�??�?�¢??Provider�???�??�?�¢?�???�??�?�) are protected by U.S. copyright law and remain the exclusive property of Salvador Lopez and Lamp Post Camera Works.

No copyright is sold or transferred. Only a limited license for use is granted as detailed below.
2. License for Use

Upon full payment, the client (real estate agent or brokerage) is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the delivered media as follows:
A. Property Marketing:
Use of images and video for the marketing and sale/lease of the specific property for which they were commissioned.
Permitted uses include MLS, real estate websites, agent/brokerage websites, printed materials, social media, and digital advertising during the active listing period.
B. Agent Marketing & Personal Branding:
Video and photo content specifically created for the agent�???�??�?�¢??s personal marketing (e.g., headshots, agent intro videos, brand videos, community features) may be used for ongoing self-promotion, advertising, social media, and website content.
This usage is limited to the agent or brokerage who commissioned the work and may not be transferred or sold to third parties.
3. Restrictions
Media may not be transferred, sold, or licensed to any third party (including builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or future listing agents) without written permission from Lamp Post Camera Works.
Any commercial, editorial, or portfolio use outside the scope of the original license requires additional written permission and may incur additional fees.
4. Duration of Use
Property marketing license is valid for the duration of the active listing and up to 12 months after delivery.
Agent marketing/branding content may be used indefinitely by the commissioning agent or brokerage unless otherwise specified.
5. Credit
When feasible, credit for photography and video should be given as:

6. Modifications
Media may not be altered, edited, or manipulated beyond basic cropping and resizing for marketing purposes without written consent.
7. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Salvador Lopez and Lamp Post Camera Works from any claims, damages, or liability arising from misuse of the media.
8. Agreement
Use of delivered media constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.
